So I'm on Prince Edward Island in beautiful Canada right now. Although the purpose of my visit is work related, I'm happy to be here nonetheless. Nothing wrong with a little international travel eh? (eh?) Ehhhhhh... So, I stumbled on a bunch of old Canadian Air Force aircraft in a memorial here in Summerside. I've always wanted to visit an airplane graveyard. This is the closest I've come to doing so thus far. They were in pretty bad shape, with crazed and cracked windshields, rusty skins and missing wing tip lights. Still beautiful old birds.
From a graphic design point of view, I think the Canadian Air Force logo combined with fading paint and rust are aesthetically pleasing. Here are a bunch of captures to that end.
